An inclusive exercise community for people living with and beyond cancer. Group exercise classes (in person and online), one to one exercise support, prehab/ rehab, education and advice, online resources, information and ongoing support. From Balance and Gait Training to Strength and Cardio, the Bounce Back programme creates a well-rounded timetable of in person and online weekly classes to improve your strength, fitness and mobility as well as manage your disease symptoms and side effects. All classes are led by a Level 4 Cancer Rehab Exercise Professional.
Bounce Back Exercise Class Timetable: Functional Fitness (Monday 12:00-12:45) Bounce Back Class – Symptom Specific (Tuesday 8:00-8:30) Core Control and Stretch (Thursday 10:00-10:30) Strong and Balanced (Friday 12:00-12:45) All online classes are available live (via zoom) and available to watch on demand via the recording’s library on the website.
